Fee Deferral Applications
Fee Deferral Applications can be obtained from the Fee Deferral Administrator or the County Site Improvement and Permit Section (SIPS) at 827 7th Street, Room 101, Sacramento CA.
Other Programs
The Sacramento Regional County Sanitation District (Regional San) and the Sacramento Area Sanitation District (SASD) for sewer fees and the Sacramento County Water Agency (SCWA) for drainage and water fees have various fee deferral programs.
